Last workout of the week! Saving my legs!

I am taking it easy this week.  Big night Saturday.  Couple of dress rehearsals before then….want to do my best.

Taught a great BodyPump class tonight.  Went light weight on the squats.   Planned to go easy on the lunges, but CRAP!  Picked the wrong workout!! Forgot how damn hard it was.  Loaded too much weight but just kept on smiling and yelling into my microphone…”YOU CAN DO IT!  DON’T QUIT!!”  Shit, I wanted to quit.
