Last workout of the week! Saving my legs!

I am taking it easy this week.  Big night Saturday.  Couple of dress rehearsals before then….want to do my best.

Taught a great BodyPump class tonight.  Went light weight on the squats.   Planned to go easy on the lunges, but CRAP!  Picked the wrong workout!! Forgot how damn hard it was.  Loaded too much weight but just kept on smiling and yelling into my microphone…”YOU CAN DO IT!  DON’T QUIT!!”  Shit, I wanted to quit.

Lindy Hop for exercise!

Danced Lindy Hop for an hour last night…over and over again in final preparation for the big event.  My legs are screaming today!  Broke a great sweat.  Breathing hard.  Cardio for the day!

Zumba dance cardio workout!

Broke a crazy sweat today teaching a one hour mom and kid Zumba dance class.  In fact, everyone did!  Zumba is such a great way to get a cardio workout and burn those calories without even realizing you are exercising!
